The students of Danila Kumar International School were invited to design a healthy and innovative national menu. The instructions varied according to their age. The projects that we received were very diverse: a healthy German breakfast presented on a poster, menu of a student’s own imaginary French and Italian restaurant, Indian menu with an emphasis on allergens and two interesting weekly menus from Brazil and Turkey. The latter two were especially interesting, because the students really tried to find typical recipes and they compiled a tasty and healthy menu.
All the students were really successful, so we decided to award them all!
